Wonderstone (Banded Rhyolite a Type Of Jasper) found on a Mountain in the Nevada Desert.
Wonderstone is collected, sliced then shaped by hand to create the mirror image wings.
Fine beads are added to copper wire to complete the body & antenna. The Butterfly flits above a Garden of jewel toned 3D embellishments & silver toned charms accented with vintage rhinestones, pearls & glass beads in various shades of green.
Mounted in a wooden shadow box on velum & finished with a pastel striped trim.
