This rug has hung on a wall and never been on a floor, clean, no tears, holes, vivid color and smoke free home. Smaller in size and excellent weaving, 2 ft x 3 ft, Burntwater design. Do not store folded as may cause damage to fibers. Harriet Whitney has her weaver "signature" on the rug (the 2 small tan boxes in the corner, pictured above). She is a well known weaver and is uses very vibrant colors in her rugs. Never been "washed" as natural dyes will run and ruin it. "beat" to remove dirt and spot clean if needed with gentle soap and water and rinse with damp cloth. Downsizing and won't fit in new home. Smoki Museum in Prescott, AZ has rug sales 1-2 times per year and RB Burnham & Co does the sales as they have a trading post on the reservation. Purchased in 2015 from this sale.
