Aura quartz is made through a process called vacuum deposition. In this process, the quartz crystal is placed in a vacuum chamber and heated to a high temperature. I try and capture the best i can, it also depends on the quality of the stone etc. Labradorite would be direct light while moving the stone, while moonstone is more of a diffused light at a 15 degree angle etc.
