This pattern is called Napoleon Ivy, first made around 1800, this china used by Napoleon Bonaparte while he was an exile on St. Helena in 1815 after his defeat by the British and Admiral Nelson at the Battle Of Waterloo.

Napoleon Ivy was made at the Wedgwood of Ertruria & Barlaston factory around 1970. According to the bottom mark, "As used by Napoleon Bonaparte at St. Helena 1815,"

This 10 1/4" dinner plate with Ivy leaves surrounding the edge is the exact design used then.

There is 2 small crackles on the middle of the plate but no chips or cracks. The colors on the plate are still bright and vibrant.
