This is a Nambe Silver Circle Globe Bud Vase. It features a hole on the top and an indent on the base where a small glass globe will fit to hold water. It was designed by Neil Cohen in 2009. It is item #MT0038. It stands approximately 6\" Tall and is 7\" wide across the opening. It is 2 1/2\" thick at the widest point across the bottom. The maker mark is on the bottom. It is in very good condition but shows normal wear with a few scratches. It does not include the glass globe.HistoryNambé was founded as Nambé Mills in 1951 by Pauline Cable in Pojoaque. The company’s foundry was moved to Santa Fe following a fire in 1976. A few years later, it was bought by the Hillenbrand family. ThePortmeirion Group purchased Nambé LLC from the Hillenbrand family in 2019.

Until about 10 years ago, Nambé\'s signature aluminum alloy products were manufactured in New Mexico. They are currently made in India.
