These frames, all metal and without a dealer designation, come up for sale once in awhile and are occasionally seen on vintage cars of the era. While nobody seems to remember who made them, I\'ve heard more than once that the manufacturer was located in Whittier, California and went out of business in the late 1970\'s. Regardless, they\'re beautiful frames with high-quality chrome and the vintage-style corners seen on plates from that time.I have included multiple high-resolution photos showing the exact condition of this item.
