Mixture of NOS and used parts, the main body of the carrier is NOS but is sun faded w/scratches & scuffs, with surf rust on swivel pin (needs to be wire brushed off before use). The bumper mount and resting bracket are used good cond. The mount is missing the following: mounting hardware, several keeper pins (avail at hardware store). Also missing for the swivel mount: 2 brass washers, one steel washer, and a large bolt/nut. Used, spent, flaky paint as shown, has charred residue inside which may corrode unit from inside if not removed, scuffs. AS-IS.
