Up for sale is an awesome NOS little acrylic orange smiley face wall plaque. This was made by Norman Industries who were based in LA and New York. I think  it was made in the mid to late 1960\'s possibly very early 70\'s.  Whatever the case may be it is as new still sealed in its original packaging NOTE: there is a little dark spot that is the hook on the back of the plaque that is showing through. Very cool and rare item to add to the smiley face collection or put it use as it was intended on your wall. Take a look at the pictures great addition to any collection. Shipping will be $8.00.
