Bought new and unused. Carefully opened once upon receipt to check figures included and again to picture. It has been in storage and figures never removed or touched... all internal packaging as from factory. This item is factory near mint or better with only possibly slightly of case/storage wear... no dings or deep scratches or anything making it less than a c9 unused item. It is quite nice and has the limited edition three figure assortment. These were more commonly made without figures... this is the limited edition set and a beautiful item for display.
