Clever little slicer primarily for dough and pastry but of course it\'s not limited to just those!Works great tocut homemade noodles/kluski, coffee cakesand sheet cake sized bakery goods nicely andright in the pan
No scratching of pans or countertopsMake sure the item your slicing won\'t be too rough on the cutter, after all it is all plastic
All measurements approximate: 5 1/2\" long & wheel is approx. 2 1/4\" diameterYou\'ve have about 7/8\" in cutting depth and by that I mean that the area between the cutting edge and the edge of the center circleThis could make a cute wedding shower favor/gift for guests.
You could attach a favorite pastry or cookie dough recipe on a card attached with a ribbon.Some gadgetswere loosely packed in bags together therefore may show some slight rubmarkings and hairline surface scratching.

Mostly negligible but worth mentioning.

This was not obtained at a garage sale, thrift store, close-out, dumpster-dive, etc.I know where it came fromand it has not been out of my hands (or my family’s)
