NEW FIND QUARTZ WITH EPIDOTE FROM HAKKÂRI PROVINCE, TURKEY:

From Hakkâri Province, Turkey comes this gorgeous, large cabinet sized cluster of epidote with quartz crystals. The epidote formed incredible, parallel “shelves” of crystals that look like mini forest of trees. There are a some small, gemmy quartz crystals scattered across the display side, all of which are included with epidote. The backside is covered with deep epimorph casts from where dogtooth calcite crystals were dissolved away. This piece looks amazing in person. Great specimen for the size and habit and is a very aesthetic example!Dimensions: 16 by 7.7 by 4.9 cm
