The offer is for two Vintage Catholic books issued by the Department of the Navy :
1. My Sunday Missal *Explained* by Father Stedman.Thebook was published in 1958 by the Confraternity of the Precious Blood. It has 352 pages of text, illustrations, etc. It has the Latin/English translation for the Mass.See the Table of Contents for the additional features of this Missal.
The Missal is in good condition. It has no marking in the text. The Binding is firm, the pages intact, the hinges are solid. The cover has some wear. See the photos for additional details and the complete Table of Contents.
2. The Seabees New Testament by The American Bible Society.Thebook has no date of publication, however, there is a note of commendation from the Commander in Chief which has a facsimile signature of President Franklin D. Roosevelt. It has 512 pages of text with additional pages of Psalms and Prayers. It has the insignia of the Seabees on the front cover.
The book has a leather cover and is in good condition. It has no markings in the text. The Binding is firm, the pages intact, the hinges are solid. The cover has some scuffing.
