Some specimens may be stabilized without our knowledge, as some processes are very hard to detect. Some specimens may not sit upright as seen in pictures and may require a stand or other propping device. Shipping - Insurance Claims and Returns: We ship by USPS only. This includes free packing, tracking and insurance. We can only ship to your PayPal address. Please make sure your address is secure, as once marked as delivered, we cannot be responsible for package theft and refunds cannot be issued per PayPal rules.
