Embroidered 2.75" long patch commemorating the last flight of the space shuttle Columbia, which disintegrated during reentry on Feb. 1, 2003, killing all aboard. Also includes an enamel pin of the crew patch logo and a gold color plated figural space shuttle pin. Pins are each about 1 inch long and include nice butterfly clasps on the back. All items were produced by Space Coast collectibles dealer Cape Kennedy Medals at the time of the STS-107 mission.

All items are in new, unused condition.
