This is the famed NASA Meatball Insignia patch. It is the agency\'s official logo. The sphere represents a planet, the stars represent space...the final frontier and the red chevron/wing represents aeronautics.

NASA is embroidered in white on a cotton field of blue. The stars are also embroidered in white. The wing is embroidered in red. The back of the patch has hook backing. This will allow your patch to be mounted on any item with a loop surface. The patch measures approximately 4 inches in diameter. It measures approximately 5 - 3/4 at its widest point.

This would look great on a jacket or backpack! Show your interest in space travel and exploration.
