This recent find comes from Estate of Retired Military Officer and NASA Marshall Space Flight Center Aerospace Engineer/Physicist who worked on many projects including Mercury and Apollo missions through Space Shuttle missions that laid the groundwork for the International Space Station and later played a critical role in the development and launch of the Hubble Space Telescope, including Mission Control - Most importantly Mr. Young (Previous owner) was the Inventor and holds patent on the Solar-Array system that powers Hubble and the "ISS" International Space Station. Listing includes a Unique 1970's NASA MSFC SPACE SHUTTLE CONCEPT PHOTO with Red Space Shuttle Transparency Overlay. Art/Drawing is taped/mounted to thick mounting board and has transparency overlay with red Space Shuttle that lays over the Drawing/Photo/Art. Transparency is taped at top over the color photo/drawing of the Space Shuttle, but lifts up from the bottom so can be viewed without the overlay. Measures approximately 11-3/4"W x 10-1/8"L. Drawing/Art and overlay are in Excellent overall condition for use and age with very minor use/age and storage wear. There is some writing on front and back side of the mounting board for what looks like photo-shoot instructions.
