Lucite paperweight from IBM, has a gold ceramic flat pack IC chip that were used on the Saturn V. This is a ULD Unit Logic Device which is part of the page assembly cards of the LVDC (launch vehicle digital computer) used on the Saturn V instrument unit.
It is in good shape, has scratches throughout from age and being moved around. There is on the back bottom a blemish as shown in the pic, not sure what caused that. Meausres about 2.75x3.75x1 inches Still a nice and hard to find item.
