Plugged in and tested it is working lights come on and all. It is missing the deck or the on-ramp to get on to the carousel I repeat it is missing the ramps I do have the people statues but that's it it is not complete.. also also when it is running I hear a little click click click click while it is running I don't remember this as a kid growing up that sound maybe it makes that sound in general I don't know . This is old so please remember that the belts might need to be tightened or maybe need to be replaced I will not be responsible if it needs a new belt or to be tightened thank you or anything else this is in fair condition as is thank you
