German for \"Masterpiece,\" the Meisterstück No. 144 Classique and it\'s white \"snow-cap\" logo is a worldwide symbol of luxury and quality. Slightly smaller than its big brother, the 146, the Meisterstück No. 144 Classique features a thin cigar-shaped body and #4 sized nib. The perfect size for those with smaller hands, or those that want a slimmer pen, the Montblanc No. 144 Classique truly is a \"Masterpiece\" of German design.This pen features a two-tone 14K Gold Fine Nib with late plastic feed. Brass thread with threads for a converter. These are all features of the third and last generation of the Montblanc No. 144. Production could be as early as 1991, but the likely a couple years later as the early plastic feed was seen in the early 1990s. Germany and serial number on clip band.
