This is a vintage \"The Official Miss Elgin Pageant 1961\" program. The program is sponsored by The Elgin Junior Chamber of Commerce and the event was held Saturday, June 10, 1961 at The Elgin High School Auditorium. This pageant was the Official Preliminary of the Miss America Pageant. The program measures 11\" x 8 3/8\" and features color photo covers with many black and white photos of the contestants inside. The program is not paginated but has about 30 pages. I have photographed a few sample pages for your examination. The program is in good clean, intact complete condition. The back page features photo of Nancy Anne Fleming in Ban-Lon lace evening dress by Wilson Folmer.My photos are of the actual item you are getting. See our store for other interesting items.
