Miniature Pewter Picture Frame Medieval Court Jester French Fork Beard Triboulet:

Frame allows for a photograph measuring approximately1 1/16 by 1 1/8 inches.

Marked on back, left corner: PEWTER

Wire stand attached to back.

A dimensional head of a medieval court jester is in the bottom, left corner. He is sporting a french fork beard. It is possible he is Triboulet. He could also be a representation of another famous fool or jester, perhaps one from Shakespeare.

Behind him is a rather large feather. This feather could be a writing quill.

Clear plastic covering has yellowed with age. A picture could most likely be displayed with or without using plastic covering.

Light surface wear.
