Here is a great cluster of Mimetite crystals, in Botryoidal formation, from Santa Eulalia in Mexico. This cluster is virtually undamaged, and as a bonus features a host of well formed clear Hemimorphite crystals as well. The photo\'s do not adequately convey the sparkle of micro crystals on this piece. This is a good and esthetic example for the species of Mimetite, and a good piece for Santa Eulalia. The color of the Mimetite is somewhat unusual, it is yellow, but, heck, what would you call this specific hue?
