This delightful trompe l'oeil majolica tureen/casserole was created in the mid-century by Secla in Portugal. It's top features a melange of mussels, scallops, and other shells. Measures 11" long x 8.5" wide x 7.5" high (with lid on). Sans lid the vessel itself stands at 4" high. It's rare to find one in such immaculate condition. No chips, cracks, hairlines, or issues of note. With the exception of some minor crazing. See photos for details.
