May 1960 issue of theMEMPHIS HOTEL AND MOTEL GREETER GUIDE, Volume VI, Number 5, (35) numbered pages, glossy paper, 8.5\" x 5.5\".This was published monthly and sponsored by Hotel Greeters of America, Memphis Hotel and Motel Association.
Wilson Kennedy Weatherly, (1915-2007), became the editor in 1957. The publication is now known as Key, The Magazine of Memphis.
On the cover is actor Hugh O\'Brian, (1925-2016). He made an appearance at the Cotton Carnival Wyatt Earp Spectacular.
This guide features vintage advertising, vivid black and white photos, and a variety of articles listed in the Index. The orange and black inks are still vivid and distinct.
This item is in excellent condition. The only flaw is on the back cover, upper right corner, (see photos 4 and 5), where the previous owner made a notation in ink.The two staples are tight and intact, no loose pages, no tears, warps, wrinkles, or stains. There are no odors of food, tobacco, or perfume.
