A RARE antique - 18th Century wooden Memento Mori with 14 skulls behind the glass. The skulls are carved or cast from some organic material - please notice that every skull is unique - see the different teeth, eye holes, and skull shapes. This Memento Mori sculpture is currently mounted on a bespoke metal display stand from which it can be easily removed and used for a wall display. It comes from a monastery in the France and dates back to the 1700s. A RARE antique - 18th Century wooden Memento Mori with 14 skulls behind the glass. The
skulls are carved or cast from some organic material - please notice that every skull is unique -
see the different teeth, eye holes, and skull shapes. This Memento Mori sculpture is
currently mounted on a bespoke metal display stand from which it can be easily removed
and used for a wall display. It comes from a monastery in the France and dates
back to the 1700s.

The overall height with the stand is 12.8 inches (32.5 cm). The overall dimensions of the
Memento Mori artwork are a height of 6.3 inches (16 cm), a width of 5.9 inches (15 cm),
a depth of 1.8 inches (4.5 cm) and the metal base is 3.9 inches (10 cm) wide.
This Memento Mori is in good condition with no damage besides age-related wear
