This is a low grade item. It will be complete and readable, but will show significant wear. Allowed defects for this grade include: spine roll, a moderate amount of staining or water damage, writing or other marks on the cover, up to one inch spine splits or other tears, a cover or centerfold that is detached at one staple, discoloration due to oxidation, and a minor piece or pieces missing. An item could be assigned this grade due to either an accumulation of minor/moderate defects or one or two major defects.

Fawcett's showcase for comics covers the humor, Western, adventure and superhero genres, featuring Captain Marvel Jr., Bulletman and Bulletgirl. Sivana Jr.'s latest invention captures Capt. Marvel Jr. in an impenetrable bubble, in a story (and cover) with art by longtime Superman artist Kurt Schaffenberger. Nyoka faces a new menace in the jungle, in an story with early art by future EC legend Bernie Krigstein. When a dog is committing robberies, Bulletdog tries to convince Bulletman and Bulletgirl that a blind beggar's seeing-eye dog is involved (!), in a story by Shazam co-creator Otto Binder and Torchy artist Bill Ward.
