Inks by Steve Mitchell, John Romita (assists), Frank Giacoia (assists), and Mike Esposito (assists). Cover by Gil Kane and Frank Giacoia. Peter Parker has been feeling very sick in recent days, and he doesn\'t know why. But he suspects his illness has something to do with Morbius -- who remains on the loose! Meanwhile in Westchester, Professor Xavier learns of the plight of Dr. Michael Morbius -- and sends the X-Men to capture Spider-Man to learn more! However after Cyclops, Angel, Iceman, and Marvel Girl capture the wall-crawler, they realize that Morbius is their true enemy! How will the children of the atom fare against the Living Vampire? And can Professor X cure the web-slinger of his ailment? Cameo appearances by Harry Osborn and Hank McCoy (aka the Beast). (Notes: This issue is one of the first appearances of the X-Men after the Uncanny X-Men (1963) 1st series went into reprint in 1970. This story was reprinted in Marvel Treasury Edition (1974) #18 and again in Marvel Tales 234.) 32 pages.
