If graded, I\'d say this book is a 3.5/4.0 or better. Front cover has some spine ticks, stress marks (creasing/wear on/near spine), blunted corners (both corners have small chips/tears on corner/spine - bottom corner has 1/2 inch tear on spine), tape damage/paper abrasion on top left hand side (to left of Hulks foot), some scuffing, areas of soiling (not major - on NER in MARINER, on B in SUBBY and on INCREDIBLE HULK (text box on left side in red) - clean and press would remove these without issue), and areas of creasing and folding. Back cover has discoloration/foxing throughout, some areas of light staining, 1/2 inch chip on top left hand corner, smaller chip on bottom left hand corner and some areas of light creasing and folding. Inside pages are complete/attached with some pages having perforation tears, small folds in corners and some pages have small chips (missing small chunk) in corners.
