as anamateurI used the Overstreet Grading Criteria and would give it an overall grade of Very Fine but PLEASE, study the photos and make your own informed decision
I used the following criteria to give it the rating I did:

close to perfect
some spine ticks that break color
tight spine
flat and clean
most corners are square
colors are bright

please study all photos as I attempted to represent the full condition of the comic
