This item can be used many times. It is a quite sturdy material made from kraft paper.
The rings open by pulling on both sides of the cover in opposite directions (instructions included and pictured above.)
Capable to hold for wide range of A5 size 20 ring loose leaf paper from Muji (or other brands)
