This box 2" features a pretty peacock/floral design with a gold flower snap closure. It measures 2" inches across with the classic Limoges hinged lid. Whether you're a fan of peacocks or simply appreciate well-crafted boxes, this Limoges trinket box is pretty to display.

The brand, Limoges, is renowned for its high-quality collectibles and this trinket box is no exception. MNP box was founded in 1957 by Robert de Merindol who was the son of Camille Tharaud, a famous Limoges porcelain manufacturer.

* Box has some signs of wear to the gold throughout from frequent opening and closing.

* Box has some light patina from age

* When opened box lid closes on it's own. That is why the pictures are of it lying down showing the inside.

* Flower closure has a slight bend to it

* Box does close just fine.
