A medieval period (?)copper on lead seal matrix, engraved with Christ on the Cross, and \'S: Vidarii: Anglie\' (or similar)in reverse. The last picture has been reversed to show how the seal would look when used.

Most intriguing & very collectible!

CONDITION:Expected signs of wear commensurate with age and use.

DATE/MARKS: 15/16th Century (?). Not marked.

DIMENSIONS:35 x 21mm (1 inch = 25.4 mm). To give an impression of scale, the coin is 19 mm or ¾ of an inch diameter.

WEIGHT: Approx. 15.8grams.
