This is a MATCHED PAIR of EMBOSSED STEEL license plates from NEW YORK. They are expired in 1973. They are USED plates and have the usual scuffs associated with used plates. THEY ARE OLDER THAN 3 YEARS IN COMPLIANCE WITH POLICY. THANKS for looking, I always combine shipping and check out my store for other interesting stuff.
