This comic is quite special as it is still in the bag it was sold in when the Comic was actually 60 cents. I am NOT opening it to examine further as I\'m not an expert or some who officially grades these things. The sticker on the back is not ripped and shows the same age as the rest of the bag. It should be brand new but I won\'t be valuing as brand new anyway. The bag isn\'t sealed so there may be air damage from age but otherwise no folds. Original packaging is not boarded but I have placed the comic(still in it\'s bag)inside another bag with a board. The item will be insured for sale value. This may be very close to a 10 if graded. Pictures show as much as I can without opening it.
