Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage rusty staples foxing around the edges a couple 1 inch tears through the whole book the cover and centerfold are detached from one staple and other defects. I would call it around a 2.0 gd out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
