This beautiful hard to find pre-war version of this popular M.I. Hummel figurine depicts the Blessed Child in the Crib, Infant of Krumbad. The delicate ceramic or porcelain material is skillfully crafted to create a stunning piece of art. The figurine is approximately 5inches long and features a dark/ off-white bisque finish.

This original antique piece is inscribed M.I. Hummel and marked "Germany" (pre-war Germany), making it an highly collectible and hard to find addition to any collection. The figurine is a vintage Hummel piece, manufactured in Germany between 1935-1949. This decorative figurine is perfect for any special occasion or as a gift. This the valuable pre-war version of this collectible marked "Germany" on the foot. Later versions were made in the United States, West Germany,China, post war Germany and others.
