The Hummel has been throughly inspected, any spots that are white like tips of hair or corners have been inspected under magnification and are white under glaze meaning it is not a chip. The Hummel has been cleaned with compressed air and a toothbrush, there may be some residual fine dust, which I will leave for your preferred cleaning method.
