Size: 15\" x 10\" (38 cm x 15.5 cm)\"Monsieur le Chevalier de Miromesnil, Having given La Morteau the charge of Lieutenant in the company in the infantry regiment that you command...\"Daniel Voysin de La Noiraye (1655--1717), lord of Mesnil-Voysin, de Bouray, du Plessis, La Noraye, Ionville and de Lardy, was a French nobleman and politician. He was registrar of the order of the Holy Spirit, chancellor of France from 2 July 1714 to 2 February 1717 and Secretary of State for War from 9 June 1709 to 14 September 1715 in the government of Louis XIV.Jean-S bastien Hue de Mirom nil - became colonel of the Quercy regiment in 1705 and brigadier in 1719; he died in 1733. He is an uncle of the Keeper of the Seals of Louis XVI.
