For your consideration is this charming collection of three (3) original photographs of Victorian-era (1850-1899) children dressed in their Sunday best clothes. These portraits capture the sweet innocence of three little girls in the old days when you had to hold still for a long time to get your picture taken! Each portrait is individually framed in vintage/antique frames with smooth glass. This trio of collectables are in their original condition and would be a wonderful addition to your antique photo collection!

Photo #1: This photograph is of a sweet little toddler girl wearing a long-sleeved white dress, puffy white pantaloons, and black lace-up ankle boots. She is perched on the arm of a velvet chair with her right hand holding herself steady. I don\'t see any color in the photograph. The frame is a dark-colored metal with beautiful three-dimensional embossed flowers and leaves. The back of the frame is fabric and it does not have any type of stand or loop for hanging (it may have originally had a stand and it was removed?).

Photo #2: This photograph is of two sisters in matching outfits: white dresses with scalloped hems, striped leggings, and black button-up ankle boots. The sisters are holding hands and the older girl has the most precious \"perturbed\" expression on her face! I don\'t see any color in the photograph. The frame is gold tone with a beautiful embossed pattern. The back of the frame has a fold-out stand and a loop for hanging.

Photo #3: This photograph is of a sweet baby girl named Catherine Welch. She is wearing a long-sleeved white dress with a sash around the waist, white tights and black Mary Jane buckle shoes. She is sitting in a Victorian high-back chair, holding a small toy in her hands. Her cheeks are tinted pink. The frame is gold tone with a beautiful embossed pattern and a detailed raised design around the photo. The back of the frame has a fold-out stand and a loop for hanging. The stand is stamped \"McCREERY & CO PITTSBURG\".

The outside measurements of all three frames are between 2.5\"-3.0\" wide and between 3.5\"-4.0\" tall.

The photographs themselves are in overall excellent condition and the frames are in overall good to very good condition. The photographs show no evidence of tearing, fading or water damage but I can see flecks of dust under the glass and there are a couple of light fold marks at the top of Photo #2. The frames have evidence of wear and discoloration commensurate with age and use. The glass (in the frames) has some surface scratching but no chips or cracks.

These items display well as a trio as the similar-era photos each show the beautiful clothing and capture the charming expressions on the little children\'s faces. Note: I have not removed the pictures or tried to clean or polish any of the frames.
