You are buying a nice lot of 29 Era Electric Railroads Issue Magazine. In this lot you will find a mixture of a few new and (mostly) used but very well taking care off IssueMagazines which are as follow:

Now, cosmetically speaking some magazines appear to be in nice shape (even close to new) and some other (used) magazines show some blemishes, brownish dots, stains, wrinkles, scratches, bent corners, waves, lines, a little discoloration. The good news, is that all of the pages can be red without any type of problems because nothing is tear or majorly damaged. But, in general all of the Magazines look just fine.
