FREE SHIPPING:Rarelydo we offer freeshipping. Shippingis not “free”. Someone must pay for it -- either the Buyeror Seller. If the Buyer pays shipping,it is paid directly to the Seller as a separate line item at check out. TheSeller will use the shipping money received to purchase the shippinglabel. If the Seller pays shipping (i.e.“Free Shipping”), the cost is added to the item’s price which will inflate theprice of the item and does not reflect the “true value” of the item. That is, theBuyer pays for shipping either way. We prefer to let the Buyer know what he/sheis paying for shipping by using ’s calculated shipping services and havingthe Buyer pay for shipping at check out. DOMESTIC SHIPPING:We use ’s calculatedshipping services where the amount you pay for shipping will be based on theweight and dimensions of package, and the destination zip code. We pass along aportion of ’s negotiated discounted shipping rates to our Buyers (up to 33% offretail). Allpackages are shipped from Melbourne Florida 32940 directly to your USA locationor ’s Global Shipping Center in Illinois USA for international orders. To calculate whatyour domestic shipping rate will be, go to the Shipping Details Tab in thelisting and enter your zip code. The shipping discount will be reflected in the rateshown in the Tab and at check out. Please contact directly for international shippingcosts which will be an extra charge for international orders.

INTERNATIONALSHIPPING: We participate in ’s International Shipping Program forinternational orders. All international orders are first shipped by the Seller to’s International Shipping Distribution Center located in Illinois USA. will then handle all the international shipping logistics and will ship theitem to your country from there. If you have questions about the InternationalShipping Program, their international shipping process, import/duties charges, invoices,and payment, or have delivery or other issues with an order after it arrivedsafely to the Distribution Center, please contact directly for assistance.

LOCAL PICK UP: All items listed as LOCAL PICK UP ONLY arelocated in Melbourne, Florida. We will send you a message asking for permissionto contact you via Phone to make pick up arrangements in a designated publiclocation in our local area. All items must be paid for in advance prior to pickup. We CANNOT ship items marked for local pick up only. If you are not inthe Melbourne, Florida area and cannot pick up the item personally, then wewill respectfully cancel the order and provide a full refund if payment was made.

QUALITY CONTROL: We inspect all items we sell 3 times – 1) whenwe purchase it; 2) prior to listing it for sale; and 3) prior to shipping itout. We will notify you of any change in the item’scondition prior to shipping the item to you and give you the opportunity todecide if you still want the item or if you want to cancel the order.

QUALITYMERCHANDISE: We take pride in the merchandise we offer forsale and HAND SELECT each item we sell for its best use, highest quality,beauty, uniqueness, rarity, desirability, value, and overall condition. Rarely do we sell items that are ripped,torn, stained, chipped, cracked, damaged, etc., unless the flaw is soslight that it does not detract from its beauty or functionality or is deemedsafe to use. CONDITION:Mostitems we sell are pre-owned, gently usedor vintage (20 years or older) and may have slight imperfections or light wearand tear due to age or prior use. Some items we sell although preowned are inlike-new condition. We will describe the item’s condition “as we see it” at thetime we listed it to the best of our ability and knowledge and will providephotos; however, we may not capture everything exactly. Items that haveslight imperfections or flaws, will be disclosed in the listing’s ConditionNotes, and have “As Is” included in the Title.We do wash, iron, clean, dust, sterilize, freshen, polish, etc. most ofthe items we sell, when it is safe to do so, prior to listing and shipping. Somevintage items we leave alone and sell “as they are”. Please see “Quality Control” fordetails.

AGE:Agewill be listed if known. If not, then if the listing says “vintage”, we presumeit to be 20 years old or older (before 2003). If it does not say “vintage”,then we presume it to be less than 20 years old (2003 to present).

JEWELRY: Most of our jewelry for sale is preownedcostume/fashion jewelry; contemporary or vintage. We hand select each piece forits beauty, condition, and best quality for what it is. Some pieces are marked;most are not. We test, research, and clean the jewelry (if needed). We are notjewelry experts but are learning! We know some things about some jewelry butnot all things about all jewelry. We will describe the jewelry pieces to thebest of our ability and knowledge at the time of listing and provide photos. If you know moreabout a piece we have listed or find our description to be vague or inaccurate,please let us know! It is notour intention to misrepresent anything that we sell.

SHRINKAGE ALLOWANCE FOR PREOWNED CLOTHING:Pre-owned clothing that is machine washable or made ofa fabric like 100% Cotton more likely than not has been washed and dried one ormore times prior to our obtaining them.And we most often wash, dry,and/or freshen the garments one more time accordingto their care instructions to prepare them for resale. Please be aware thatsome shrinkage may have occurred over time during these cleaning processes.Please refer to the measurements and view all photos beforepurchasing. Ask questions if needed.

NONPAYMENT: Ifwe do not receive payment from you for an item(s) you agreed to purchase within4 calendar days from date you committed to purchase the item(s), your orderwill be automatically cancelled for Nonpayment and will record an UnpaidCancellation on your account. Buyers who have 2 or more unpaid cancellationswill not be able to purchase again from our store. Excessive Unpaidcancellations may also result in limits being imposed by other Sellers or by, and you may lose your buying privileges indefinitely. Please see “MakingOffers/Accepting Offers” and “Order Cancellation Policy” for more details.

ORDERCANCELLATION POLICY: If you make a purchase and thenrequest to cancel the order for any reason, we will accept the ordercancellation request if the item has not already been shipped. If the ordercancellation request is accepted, and payment was received for the order, wewill process your refund within 24 hours.It takes 5 to 7 business days for the refund to process completely. .

RETURNPOLICY: We do notaccept returns in most cases. If you submit a return request for an extenuatingcircumstance, it will be reviewed and considered on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to accept or decline areturn request, or we may offer you other options. If a return request isaccepted, you are responsible for paying the Return shipping cost. In certaincircumstances, may require us to pay for the return shipping or we mayoffer to do so on our own depending on the circumstances. In this case, willsend you a prepaid return label directly or we will refund you the return shippingcost. We encourage open and honestcommunication between Buyer and Seller and will work with you to attain a fairand equitable resolution.

RETURNED ITEMS: In rare cases, if a return request isaccepted, all items you are returning must be in the same condition you receivedthem, (i.e., in resalable condition), and/or as seen in listing photos (i.e.,undamaged, tags still attached, no signs of use, wear, washing, modification,damage by you after you received them, and ALL parts and accessories associatedwith the item that were included in the sale MUST also be returned in order fora full refund of the purchase price to be given. Once we receive the returneditem(s), we will inspect them and if all the above criteria are met and we deemthe item(s) is in resalable condition, then we will process the refundpromptly.

POSTAGE DUE RETURNS: If a package you returned to us is received PostageDue the postage amount we had to pay to receive the package will be deductedfrom the refund amount.

DAMAGED RETURNS: If youreturn a package to us and some of the items are received damaged, we will proratethe refund equal to the purchase value of the damaged items. If the contents ofthe entire package is received broken, then no refund will be given, so besure to pack the box carefully and securely to lower the risk of damage duringshipping to ensure a safe delivery back to us!

REFUND POLICY: If a refund is warranted, the amount of the refund will be for thepurchase price of the item only. We do not refund the original shipping costbecause the money was already spent to ship the item to you unless we arerequired by to do so or otherwise discussed to resolve an issue.
