This is a Lemax Village Collection “Phil’s Diner”. This illuminated ceramic house is in wonderful condition with no chips or cracks. Comes with original box and original cord. I have to say that there was some sloppy gluing in the manufacturing process! I did compare this item to others listed on and they all seem to have the same affliction of sloppy gluing. But it’s really not too noticeable unless you get up close. That said, Please examine all photos closely.
