Offering for your consideration is a Lemax Spooky Town 2013 Chuckle's Funhouse. This extremely rare and animated halloween collectible is the "holy grail" piece of the Spooky Town Theme. Retired in 2015, this item was purchased new, but it was only displayed and used for two halloween events in the Fall season. It has been in storage for many years. All of the lights, sounds, and mechanical features operate very well. Even though there are some minor paint flaws from the factory, there are no missing or non-functioning pieces, and all decals are still intact at the time of this listing. The original box, electric cord adapter, and operating instruction page are all included. It should be noted: to activate the "shaking movement" platform with the two child figurines, an extremely gentle "tug” of the platform itself will dislodge it and begin the vibrating/ shaking action. The instruction sheet does not explain how to activate this feature. Great caution and observance should be used on this very delicate component. Please see all photos to further evaluate condition before purchasing. VERY, VERY IMPORTANT!! - Unfortunately, accidents and the resulting damage can happen with anything being shipped. That said, should there be a problem with the funhouse itself being broken in transport (and subsequent photos supporting the evidence thereof), there would be fair consideration of a return and refund of this piece. However, please understand that any figurines, decals, lights, or other decorative enhancing components becoming loose or broken during transport WILL NOT be acceptable grounds for a return or refund. By accepting these stated conditions, the buyer agrees to honor the seller’s request on this matter, so think before you buy! Sorry for the “overstating” about shipping accidents, but some circumstances are beyond the control of the seller once the item has been surrendered to the carrier. This piece is heavy!
