This unit is genuinly Brand New! Lemax Spooky Town Oct-o-Squeeze. These Spooky Town buildings have a strange and unique story. These carnival ride pieces were first introduced in 2008 and distributed for sale to Spooky Town dealers and stores. But it was soon realized that the paint on the rubber tentacles would not dry and this subsequently led to all of the unsold units to be sent back to Lemax. Production resumed after they thought to have had this issue solved and were again distributed to stores for sale. But once again the same issue with the paint persisted and unsold units had to be returned. And to this day, the paint on the tentacles will not dry and it remains sticky. Ultimately, the units you can find for sale are the ones that were bought and not returned to stores. This particular unit is brand new & tested. All lighting, animation & soundtrack functions as intended. Comes with outer picture box, styrofoam enclosure (outer), styrofoam inserts (inner), sponge foam resting pads, genuine Lemax power adapter, elasic pulling strap and instruction sheet.
