·Free shipping cost.No matter who sells anything there is always a shipping cost that is paid tothe shipper there is NO such thing as free shipping. Even though the listing says free shippingthere is a cost to the seller and that cost is passed on to you the buyer soplease don’t think that a seller also gets free shipping. A seller that is a large company getsdiscounts from the shipper depending on their volume but sellers like me thathave small volume don’t get those huge discounts. Yes, does give sellers a discount for using. If you have to return an item tome for a reason that is not my fault and I approve of the return you the buyerwill have to pay that cost both ways.

·The buyer needs to know aboutshipping cost is that it’s the shipping company that says what the shippingcost is not or the seller. Pleasedon’t blame the seller for the shipping cost by giving a low score unless theyovercharged you. If the seller whetherthey are a small individual or some huge corporation were to make shipping freeto a buyer the shipping cost is still paid by the buyer since it’s added to thetotal cost of the item. What you need toknow about the response shipping and handling charges rating is, did theseller charge a fair shipping cost or was it inflated to make a profit on topof the selling price. Example if your item cost $10.00 to ship and you werecharged $8.00 to $12.00 you should give a 5-star rating for shipping andhandling charges since you were not overcharged. Please remember that a seller also has othercosts attached to shipping your item such as tape, packing peanuts, boxes,labels and some have a monthly fee from their shipping program or service that theychoose to use let alone gas, employees and time. If a seller did not have to pay for shippingsupplies, rent, electricity, labor, insurance, advertising and everything elsethat goes with having to sell items, the buyer would be able to buy items for alower cost. So, the buyer pays for it all including profit for the sellerotherwise why sell items if there is no profit to be made. If the item you purchased is worth $10.00 andshipping cost is $10.00 you would pay $20.00. Would you give the seller a 5-starrating or less? If your item value is$10.00 but the seller listed it at $20.00 and made the shipping free, would yougive the seller a 5-star rating or less? In both cases you should give the seller a 5-starrating for shipping and handling charges as you still get the same item at thesame cost. Correct there is no starrating for a seller that uses free shipping I am just letting you know to bekind in leaving response.
