Late 19th Century English Stationary Box and Inkstand AAI-64 WOS Antiques Great looking Antique Wood, Brass and glass stationary box with a hinged lid. The wood stationary box interior is fitted with a leather covered insert/divider. This box is anchored on an wood based inkstand with two crystal ink square bottles (2 ½” Tall, bottoms are 2 ¼” by 2 ¼”) with hinged tops. The interior middle box is hinged with four very small compartments. The box also has a bottom drawer 9 ¾” Wide, 7 7/8” Deep and 1 7/* Tall. The box has multiple elements of brass hardware with great old patina. . Overall Size: 10” Tall, 12” Wide, and 9 ½” Deep. Weight 5 pounds. Condition: The wood is in very good condition with only a few tiny nicks and scratches. The hinges and openings work well. The inkwells are in good condition. The drawer works well. It does look like the leather/board insert or separator has been restored/replaced. Shipping Box: 21” by 15” by 16”, Weight 7 pounds.
