Late 19th C handmade Valenciennes bobbin lace tie/ scarf/ barbe with frilled and ruched section. Floral garland design. Diamond braided ground. Edged with Val bobbin lace edge, embellished with embroidery.

Very good condition overall. Ivory lace, white embroidery

Lappets sections each about 24 in. long, center section about 12 in. long. About 58 in. long overall
