Late 18th Century French Sevres Porcelain Plate 9.5” features Hand Painted Courting Scene. Celest Blue color. Artist Signed \"Sylvain\" on the front. On the back there is an “S”in the middle of the crossed “L”s as its symbol, also referred to as “double-Louis.”; this is the mark of 1771. Comes with the stand.The resources at Sèvres were largely relegated to meeting the demands of Louis XV.It is in excellent shape for it\'s age with no chips or cracks. A beautiful piece for any collector. I ship only to the lower 48 states.
