Large Vintage Patriotic USA Map States and Stars Antique Quilt ~Dense Embroidery:

This PATRIOTIC cotton and cotton blend quilt is all hand embroidered and hand quilted, with background stars and blue accents. Each state includes the state flower, state bird, date of statehood, and rank. The quilt dates back to the 1960\'s / 1970\'s (Bicentennial? Hawaii and Alaska are included).It measures 84\" X 92\" and is in excellent condition, with a couple of small, faint spots and no wear.
There is quilting around the embroidery and in block and star designs in the background, all at 6 stitches to the inch.
The back is white, the hand stitched binding is yellow, and the batting is thin. The quilt came out of Belvedere, New Jersey.
