Damaged in shipping: If order arrives damaged due to shipping, the Buyer must notify and send photos of item and the packaging to Seller within 24 hours of delivery. Buyer is required to retain packaging for possible inspection by assigned carrier for insurance claim. Upon request, Buyer must deliver item and packaging to carrier for inspection.
